Hot Springs - a thermal springs that flows from the western slope of Hot Springs Mountain. The Hot Springs Reservation is both a federal reserve park and a national park and has been nicknamed as the "American Spa". It is also a popular resort for people who seek therapeutic cures for assorted ailments. The park has historic bath houses and hotels that offer spa facilities. A trip to the Oark Mountains and its valleys provide an excellent and awesome view of nature. One of the attractions is the Ozark Folk Center State Park which holds the region's cultural exhibits. Also a nearby attraction is the "Wild and Scenic" Buffalo National River which is popular for canoeing and float fishing.
An excellent trip for explorers and hikers is a trip to to the Blanchard Springs Caverns, a collection of limestone cave formations and an underground stream which is open to the public. Although exploring the caves can be difficult because of the damp air and cramped conditions, it provides a memorable experience to explorers.
Eureka Springs holds the second-largest statue of Jesus known as the "Christ of the Ozarks", a seven-story-high land mark. Eureka Springs holds a christian theme park known as the Great Passion Play which features New Holy Land Tour, Bible Museum, and the Sacred Arts Center.
